Visit of M.C. Peesadej Rajani, Chairman of the Royal Project Foundation
M.C. Peesadej Rajani, Chairman of the Royal Project Foundation, will visit AIT this afternoon at around 4 to discuss the various uses of vetiver grass as construction materials. He will be guided around the Structural Engineering Laboratory by Dr. Pichai Nimityongsakul, who has conducted a pilot study on using cut vetiver grass for indigenous construction materials.
M.C. Peesadej’s visit comes after that of a group of 40 international participants from the Royal Project on Vetiver Grass, on 22 November, under the sponsorship of the Office of the Royal
Development Projects Board (ORDPB).
