SOM welcomes new faculty members

The School of Management welcomes new faculty members who joined the school in January 2007 semester:

Indian Secondment (One Semester)


Prof. Bhimrao Manikrao Ghodeswar – Professor, National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai, India – joining as visiting professor from 8 January to 15 May 2007. Prof. Ghodeswar received his: B.Sc., (Botany, Zoology, Chemistry), 1977 & B.Sc., (Geology), 1978, Nagpur University, Nagpur; M.B.A. & Ph.D., (Marketing), Osmania University, Hyderabad, 1988 & 1994.

Prof. Ghodeswar will teach the course SM60.51 ‘Marketing Management.’

Prof. K. Chandra Sekaran – Professor, Department of Computer Engineering, National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal – Mangalore, Srinivasnagar, India – joining as visiting professor from 9 January to May 2007. Prof. Sekaran received his: B. Tech. & M. Phil., (E & I), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, 1985 & 1987; Ph.D., (Computer Networks), Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, 2001.
