Transgenerational Equity and Sustainable Technologies for Agricultural Waste to Energy

Prof. Visu was invited to participate as a resource person in the TMT- NUFFIC Workshop on “Transgenerational Equity and Sustainable Technologies for Agricultural Waste to Energy”, held from 7-11, October 2019 at Chiang Mai. This workshop was organized by the IHE-Delft and Environmental Engineering Program of Chiang Mai University. He was invited to deliver a talk and lead the group discussion on two topics, namely: “Management of Agricultural Waste and Residues in Thailand: Waste to Energy Approach” , and “Resource Circulation in Agro-Industrial Sector: Promoting Agro-based Circular Economy”. As part of this workshop, later he also participated in the field visit to an anaerobic digestion plant, where Co-digestion of Agricultural Wastes is practiced.
