The AIT Alumni Association Japan Chapter and Former Japanese Faculty Members have agreed to contribute THB 500,000 towards the refurbishment of the Student Village 1 (Building#6). The building will be named after the AITAA Japan Chapter and Former Japanese Faculty Members.
This refurbishment will help enhance our students’ study environment with new facilities. and ensure a higher level of comfort for them. Thus, AIT students will be able to enjoy better amenities in their accommodation during their stay at AIT.
AIT President Dr. Eden Woon expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the AITAA Japan Chapter and Former Japanese Faculty Members for their generous support to the Institute. President Woon stated that improving our campus facilities is one way to attract new and bright students. Furthermore, President commended the AITAA Japan Chapter for publishing a commemorative magazine in June 2022. Alumni talks in the magazine reveal that their experiences at AIT were so unique and brought them fruitful professional careers. It also talks about AIT’s close relationship with the Government of Japan. AIT is always grateful to alumni who remember their education experiences at AIT by donating to their alma mater.
