The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) has received a kind contribution from two alumni, Dr. Shahadat H. Chowdhury (WRE 1989) and Ms. Jintana Jutangkul (HSD 1994). They have shown their commitment to the Institute by supporting the naming of a single room in the ST-2 Building.

Dr. Shahadat H. Chowdhury has had a remarkable career spanning three decades, dedicated to the government of New South Wales (NSW), Australia. His remarkable journey has led him to a prominent leadership role, where he oversees the management of the state’s crucial water resources. His expertise and dedication have made him a vital figure in the field.
In recent events, Dr. Shahadat conducted a highly successful webinar on “Respectful Workplace,” which was organized by AIT Extension.
AIT President Prof. Kazuo Yamamoto extended his appreciation and kind thanks to both Dr. Shahadat H. Chowdhury and Ms. Jintana Jutangkul for their unwavering support of the Institute. Their commitment to AIT’s growth and excellence is a testament to the strong sense of community that AIT fosters among its alumni.
AIT remains deeply grateful for the dedication of its alumni and their continued involvement in shaping the future of the Institute. The naming of the room in ST-2 Building is just one example of the many ways in which AIT alumni continue to make a positive impact on the Institute’s growth and development.
