Professor Hong Lim Choi, an Emeritus Professor at Seoul National University in Korea and a proud alumnus of AIT, who completed his Diploma in 1979 and earned a Master’s degree in Agricultural and Food Engineering in 1981, has donated USD 2,490 to enhance the resources available at the AIT Library.
AIT President Prof. Yamamoto extended his gratitude to Professor Hong L. Choi for his generous support to the Institute. This contribution will positively influence the educational experience of our students and foster a conducive learning environment for all library users.
Ms. Watcharin Intha, Director of AIT Library, expressed her appreciation to Prof. Choi for his donation, which will aid in expanding the library’s collection of quality educational materials essential for the growth and development of students, faculty, and researchers.
Mr. Sanjeev Jayasinghe, Executive Director of the Office of Advancement and Alumni Affairs, thanked Prof. Choi for his generous contribution, which will enhance the library’s resources crucial for teaching, learning, and research at AIT.
