5 September 2024: The AIT Entrepreneurship Center hosted a Distinguished Entrepreneurs Talk, featuring Ms. Bhiramon Chuprapawan, a visionary leader in the health food industry and AIT alumna on 5 September 2024. The talk, titled “From Lab to Market: Leveraging Food Science to Build a Sustainable Health Food Business,“ attracted participants from AIT and visitors from Republic Polytechnic, Singapore.

Ms. Bhiramon, an Executive MBA graduate from AIT’s School of Management, shared her inspiring journey from working in Nestlé’s R&D department to founding 4Care Group, a leading health food company. She highlighted the importance of sustainable practices and customer feedback in shaping her business strategy. Her insights into innovation and sustainability captivated the audience, emphasizing the vital role entrepreneurship plays in driving change within the health food industry.
The talk offered valuable lessons and served as a source of inspiration for students aspiring to venture into entrepreneurship. It underscored the transformative power of education in fostering innovation and leadership in global business. Professor Dieter Trau, Director of the AIT Entrepreneurship Center, expressed gratitude for Ms. Bhiramon’s insightful presentation and her commitment to mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Site Visit to 4Care Company
On September 20, 2024, following the talk, participants, along with staff from the AIT Entrepreneurship Center, visited 4Care Company. The visit provided a hands-on look at the operations of a successful business centered on sustainability and innovation.
During the visit, Ms. Bhiramon personally welcomed the group and shared her journey of building 4Care into a leading player in the health and wellness food sector. She highlighted the company’s commitment to producing healthy food options tailored to diverse dietary needs, promoting healthier eating habits in Thailand and beyond.
Participants engaged in a lively Q&A session, during which Ms. Bhiramon candidly addressed questions regarding the company’s financial performance, innovation strategies, and sustainability practices. She emphasized 4Care’s commitment to sustainable practices throughout its supply chain, illustrating how the company successfully integrates health, innovation, and sustainability into its business model.
The visit concluded with a tour of 4Care’s facilities, where participants observed the production processes behind the company’s diverse product range. The site visit was an enlightening experience, offering participants valuable insights into the entrepreneurial challenges and opportunities within the health food sector and inspiring them for their future ventures.
