28 May 2025 – Several faculty members from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) have been listed in the 2024 Top Scholars by Institution rankings by ScholarGPS, a U.S.-based scholarly analytics platform. The listing reflects the global visibility and influence of their work and the institute’s continued dedication to research excellence. Six AIT professors were also named among the highly ranked scholars by ScholarGPS.

Top Scholars by Institution are individuals identified at their respective institutions (based on their publication record) who rank among the top 0.5% of scholars globally in their specific field, discipline, or specialty based on their lifetime and past five years contributions.
ScholarGPS evaluates academic performance based on publications, citations, and h-index impact across disciplines. The Top Scholars by Institution list honors individuals from universities and institutes worldwide whose research output stands out both in quality and significance.
