The Office of Human Resources Services, in collaboration with AIT Solutions, is pleased to invite you to the AIT Staff Professional Development Workshop entitled:
“From Good to Great: Building a Culture of Peak Performance at AIT”
Theme: “Peak performance begins with me, but grows through us.”
This two-hour workshop is designed to promote a culture of peak performance among AIT administrative staff and provide practical approaches that can be applied in their daily work.
Through practical and participatory activities, the workshop will focus on strengthening self-awareness, teamwork, professional effectiveness, and shared responsibility in the workplace.
