Description- This project aims to facilitate transformational change in the Thai food supply chain from linear to circular using a holistic approach by enhancing the safety, quality, and efficiency of the food supply chain and identifying how to turn food waste into valuable resources through valorization. The establishment of a bioeconomy is being explored, contributing to increased energy and materials production with reduced environmental impact and new job opportunities.
