Description– Aiming to reduce motorcycle crashes in Chachoengsao province. The project identifies 10 blackspots in Chachoengsao province with the highest number of motorcycle-passenger car crashes and fatalities and to improve safety of these 10 blackspots by analyzing the root causes of crashes and implementing road safety countermeasures.
