Description- The project aims to develop at TV-image conversion to haptics display system for vision disability person; to improve life quality of vision disability person in getting better feeling and more information from TV. It also increases the TV audients by inclusion of vision disability person, and increase efficiency, fairness, and covering of the communication from the government to its people.
