Dr. Sutat Weesakul is a distinguished figure in the field of hydraulic and coastal engineering, boasting over 35 years of valuable experience in both teaching and research. He holds a Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng.) degree in Hydraulic/Coastal Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology, displaying his strong educational background.
