Special Students: Exchange and Visiting Students

Incoming exchange students:

Students coming from AIT Partner universities need to submit the following documents together with the online application form

1. Bachelor’s transcript and degree certificate (for continuing student; transcript from 1st to current year).
2. Letter from the partner universities allow as an Exchange student at AIT—Approval letter/recommendation from the partner university.
3. Pay the process fees—Pay the application processing fee of US$25 or Baht 800.
4. The following fee will be charged upon enrollment.
   • Student ID card fee: 100 Baht
   • Student Union fee: 150 Baht per semester
   • Medical fee: 1,250 Baht per semester (optional or provide a copy of international medical insurance)

 Incoming visiting students:

Students coming from non-AIT Partner universities need to submit the following documents together with the online application form

1. Bachelor’s transcript and degree certificate (for continuing student; transcript from 1st to current year)
2. Approval letter /recommendation letter from the home university stating that he or she is allowed as a visiting student at AIT
3. Pay the application processing fee of US$25 or Baht 800.
4. The following fees will be charged upon enrollment per semester:
   • Registration fee: 20,000 Thai Baht per semester*
   • Student Union fee: 150 Thai Baht
   • Medical fee: 1,250 Thai Baht (optional or provide a copy of international medical insurance)
   • Student ID card: 100 Thai Baht
   • If registered for the courses, 16,000 Baht will be charged per credit
   • Laboratory fees will be charged on a case-by-case basis.

*If visiting as an Intern for a month or less, registration fees of 5,000 Baht will be charged per month
